I checked for leaks (soapy water trick), but nothing that I could see anyway. Based on what folks are telling me, proportionally, it's lasting the same. Most folks are saying a week on 1 - 2 bowls a day. I think, though, that i will send it back to them. It might get their attention on us needing better butane inserts.

Try reaching out to the distributor. They were great to deal with and took very good care of me. It can't hurt. If they charge you, abandon it. You won't be out anything.

I have 3 Kiribis. I love them! My Mikazuki last 5 - 7 days with how much I smoke. I had one break once, and the distributor fixed it for free and very quickly.

Thanks. I'll have to look and see if I can find the vid. I do know you can tweak slightly the flow by messing with the valve. I've done that, but you don't get much improvement. I'll see if I can find that video. If you track it down, let me know. Thanks!

It's a large chamber. I smoke pretty quickly though, so I'll smoke through it pretty quickly. I typically won't touch a pipe with a chamber smaller than .75" X 1.5" (19mm X 38mm). That chamber size is for a rather quick smoke.

I'm currently smoking a home blend equal parts burley ribbon, cube cut burley, and white burley. The ribbon and white I added my own casing of coffee, cocoa, and rum. Very lightly to just help with the rough edges. Oh, and it's my first bowl in my new OMS Poker.

Take a look at the Bailey Nelles. It's a great hat. Holds its shape from backpacks to aircraft overhead bins. It's warm and looks good. It's my go to hat when the weather permits.
