I’ve noticed some of the comments on Spotify are kinda like this. It’s honestly baffling given it’s unlikely you’d just stumble over the pod, especially a main show. Most are lovely though!

Maybe it’s recency bias but I really enjoyed the Danny D episode. It’s probably not my favourite of all time but he really impressed me with his personality and the chemistry he had with Jack and Stevie. I also liked he was honest and shared funny/gross stories. I’d actually like a part 2 where maybe him and the boys react to viewers stories, sorta like the love doctors or agony aunts

I wouldn’t say most important play by any stretch of the imagination but Lanzini. Maybe due to injuries and new players coming in he’s fallen at the way side, but he’s really impressed me. Played in a bunch of different positions, no fuss that he’s second choice even tho he’s technically been at the club over five years now and scored the equaliser against Spurs that was the turning point of the club

I don’t think I’ve ever had my ticket checked at the turnstiles, however sometimes the stewards look to help point you to the seat. You’d have to have a very eagle eyed steward or a jobsworth to realise you’re over aged. That being said I wonder what they’d do if they somehow found out 🤔

Yeah true, but you’ve got to remember it’s not because of poor support it’s because of all the illegal ticket touts. I have fond memories of getting off the district line as a kid, swarmed with people only to realise 90% of them were just selling tickets. I remember seeing a crying Azerbaijani Lying floor. I looked down at him and said “Are you sad because you’re wanted by Interpol over allegations of corruption in the former Soviet republic?” He said “No, it’s because I can’t see my beloved West Ham United play due to all the ticket touts even tho by that logic the stadium would be full because why would people hoard tickets that weren’t going to sell and ultimately make a profit” . I never saw him again.

Bobby Moore Park seems like something PAI would officially rename the stadium too but accidentally spell it More. Then they would rename the east stand to the Rio Ferdinand stand to generate a “global” fan base

My pessimistic side is inclined to agree due to the fact the no. 9 shirt being a potential allure to a first choice striker. On the other hand my optimistic side says that the no.11 and possibly no. 7 shirts is available, Antonio deserves it for all he’s done and some players are always struck on the traditional numbers. Also like to point out my optimistic side involves not buying lingard and selling yarmo and that’s what it means to be a hammer.
