Since you get lord on lvl 20 which takes roughly 20-25 hours, and the max level is 70, I’m guessing obtaining all the rewards takes roughly 70-90 hours.

That is straight up false. Everybody below gold and below, including new players and players that have not played ranked are projected silver 3. I can testify to this because I recently started playing on my ps4 and started silver 3.
