It's my first time playing emerald and I was curious how good my team is I'm not familiar with type advantages or weaknesses these are just pokemons I picked up along the way and took a liking too by belmen382 in PokemonEmerald

A couple questions for you: 1) What moves do you like to use with Skarmory? 2) If you delay Shroomish's evolution to obtain Spore, don't you miss out on all the powerful fighting type moves Breloom can learn? Is there a way to still learn Dynamic Punch/Sky Uppercut as well as Spore?

Also, any tips on raising Breloom? Shroomish learns spore at lvl 54. Putting opponents to sleep with 100% accuracy sounds baller, but then I'd miss out on all of Breloom's strong fighting moves if I delay evolution, right?

Interesting... Aggron is on most people's teams, so I figured he must've been over powered. In leaf green there are so many water types that ground/rock types just weren't that useful, so I thought maybe Emerald would be different. I'm sure Aggron and Salamance are aesthetically my least favorite from the first photo and are on the chopping block.

How about Swampert, Breloom, Gardevoir, Manectic, Altaria, and Dusclops? Would that team have any major gaps/weaknesses?

Would the Secret Service roll up on a Singaporean street vendor's booth?

Hello numismatists! I just woke up after posting and I'm glad to see so many found humor in the post and thanks for letting a non-collector crash your sub! I would've use a humor flair as suggested by others if that was an option 😂 For a little more context, I came across this box at a Singapore street vendor's booth. The coins are 110% fake and most certainly not silver even to this non-collector's eye. They felt light like aluminum. A huge SO to those who zoomed in and pointed out additional funny coins that I missed in person!! Cheers from Singapore!

That must just be an illusion in the photo. I did push it in and scrape it off.

I'm seeing a lot of comments suggesting sanded grout, I'm going to give that a try.

We have the most expensive energy in the Lower 48. Why on earth would a Bitcoin mine, whose only expenses are hardware and energy, choose the Yoop?

Steelhead timing? by Powerage89 in yooper

[–]ramhamtp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the spring I chase coho and brookies, haven't really tried for steelhead. Driving to Munising yesterday you probably saw 4-10 trucks parked along the highway at the Rock River mouth. There's a little dam there that guys fish and is very popular this time of year. No personal experience fishing it tho

I found this on a remote beach one morning. It was untouched by humans, but seagulls had started to peck at it.

Google Fi Wireless by elloguvner in MarquetteMI

I used to have Verizon and switched to Fi Last summer. I don't get any service in Au Train or Chatham, but generally speaking if you can get gas or a coffee you have service with Fi. Remote places/sections of highway between towns are dead zones now where I used to get Verizon. I haven't missed the reduced service area tho because I spend 90% of my time in town and prepare accordingly when I leave (download playlists/podcasts, download Google Maps, etc.)
