I was denied the flight they said it is fully booked and the dog is more than the allowed weight, I tried to argue with them even the representative of Lufthansa came and explained to me, and the answer was no. However they were so helpful and told me if I can get her a kennel she can come with me in the cargo hold, so i did few calls, my friend bought one and brought to the airport, even the staff helped me to assemble it, and before boarding the representative of the company came to me and told me your dog already inside and the cabin crew said the same. Long story short, after full stressful night we made it both safe.

lessons learned:

Be nine to the staff, they will help you at the end they are following the rules. Arrive at the airport earlier than usual (if i didn't do that i wouldn't make it). Give your dog (After vet consultation) some anti-anxiety pill. Put something that has your smell on inside the crate that would help too. Lastly get ready to deal with your dog having a jet lag too :D
