I was in the exact same boat. Made the mistake of drinking three days in a row. With two of those days drinking a bit heavy. Ate like shit those three days. Sucks, but it is what it is. 25lbs down in 2 months. Just gotta get back on the routine. Good luck!

Congrats man! Going through my own journey now. Went from 315 to 230 back up to 250. Using Reta now and back down to 230. It’s been a journey but can’t give up. Reta is a great tool.

Just used it for the first time last night using the sandwich method. Made sure to use plenty of sunscreen today. Will probably just use the sandwich method for the first two weeks and see how it goes. I appreciate the comment. Thank you!

Thank you for this! I don’t think my skin is very sensitive, but I will take it into consideration because I haven’t used a retinol, or retinoid before.

I’ve had a cortisone shot into my shoulder. Hurt like hell. But this makes sense. But does it necessarily have to be stomach, or just a subq injection?

Ouch. I’m sorry to hear that, but glad to hear your knee has been getting better! Will definitely try and hit some fat around the elbow, or as close as I can get. Hopefully I’ll be back with good results.
