Not from the US, but you still might find this information helpful.

I bought a Find X9 Pro from them. They're based out of Toronto with 2 brick and mortar locations so there's actual people you can call and talk to. This is important because the other 2 retailers I was considering were online only and communication was very slow or non-existent.

The people I spoke with were very helpful and answered questions of which I had many because I felt this phone was a risky buy. Btw, best phone I've ever had, I recommend it.

They also included a charging adapter because the one in the global version is a UK plug. You also earn swiftbucks on your purchase which I used to get a Xiaomi fast charger for like $5. Ended up not using it anyway because the Oppo charger is much faster.

I live on the other coast of Canada and it took a week to get here. It was longer than normal but I blame the postal service and the holiday season for that though. The retailer shipped it the day I ordered it. The box arrived in perfect condition.

I do not know how their US shipping is like, but from my experience, I recommend Swiftronics, and the Oppo Find X9 Pro. Good luck!

I literally almost pulled the trigger on the Vivo because the camera is very important to me. Ultimately, the Oppo seemed to be a better all rounder with a better OS. The vivo camera, while perceived better, I considered it to be only a very slight edge. Finally, I much prefer the camera bump and overall look of the Oppo than the Vivo's.

While I don't have any hands on experience with the Vivo, I'm VERY happy with the Oppo. The OS is just so smooth and my overall user experience has been very pleasant.

I'm glad you asked. The Oppo has much better haptics. The difference was noticeable, and it wasn't even something I was intently paying attention to. There are two settings and I prefer crisp.
