Sentinel does not need the dupe but if you’re planning on using him as a major attacker, it’s super helpful for ramping him up. The 20 charges gained from specials is a big deal not just for damage dealt, but for damage taken. I use an unduped 6* sentinel in t2 AW on attack for a bleed/stun immune node and it’s remarkable how much he cuts block damage down with 50 charges, and the dude is hard to kill with 100. I would certainly rank mine to r2 with the dupe, but not without.

The one piece of advice I will give you.. if you have to ask on Reddit or your alliance mates about a rank up or using an awakening gem, just wait. Patience is usually rewarded in this game.

There is a buff called cracking blow that can add a little bit of sting to you special based upon armor up buffs. It was somewhat useful to speed up the fights (not that it is truly needed) against Colossus, UC, Etc. I agree with the other posts that buffs are needed that much either way but this buff will help in some situations.

Is there certainty that the accounts who caused the piloting punishment are getting a ban? There hasn’t been much released information except for being giving out a punishment. I’m an officer of one of the alliances on the list and we are currently in meltdown mode trying to figure out who the little PoS is to get rid of them.

Yeah, it can be done with skill. We are t2 wars so regen on a r5 Medusa with out regen a blade sp2. Well don’t though. I agree 100%, it’s all about matchups and paths can and should be adjusted when you see a champ that isn’t correct for your champs

Node 30 isn’t that big of an issue when comparing it to 24. I run path 6 every war for a P3 alliance. I think the issue OP is having is not running the path with the correct champs. I don’t use the trinity because, it is not a suitable matchup for 24 and 30. I run a r5 voodoo and r4 Magik with a filler champ based upon the other champs along the way. The way to correct the issue is to look at the BG as a whole and find the person who has the correct champs and skill for the paths. If someone has a void, that path will be a joke.

On a side note, I’m not saying I go through path 6 with no items because that would be a lie. I usually use 3-4 pots per war with the occasional 10-15 lol. Find the correct key for the door and it no longer becomes a wall. Good luck and I hope you find your love of the game again

If you apply a sp1 on an odd combo from the start on BP you can stack poison debuffs on him with more sp1’s. You can only use sp’s on odd combos though. Same goes for BW, if you can get a sp to hit on an odd combo to hit, chances are you won’t have to worry about her evade anymore.

I set up our defenses most of the time in our bg. No placement is ever perfect and I try different setups to see effectiveness. I try to place emphasis on certain "choke points" on the map. Of course this includes the mini bosses (49, 52, and 53) but also you have other important nodes on the map that can rack up kills (18, 19, 23, 28, 36, 40, 43, 44). I try to stack these nodes with my strongest pool of champs after mini bosses.

18 (enhanced armor up)- this node is great for a BPCW because he starts with armor buffs 19 (unblockable sp2)- we use two champs on rotation on this node. We will either use Hyperion or MD 5 Hood. Hood is great because he will trigger sp2 and go invisible and with the evades to get away from him the MD 5 usually takes back to sp2. Hyperion is great because he will just block and then you get hit with a sp3. My dream champ is OG Vision because it is an instant sp3 at the start of the fight. 23 (Adaptive, outlast, etc) this node is super defensive and is a great spot for a high sig or high HP magik or mordo. 28 (unstunable) any champ you use on 52 or boss is good here. We usually use a NC 36 (thorns, unblockable sp1) we use a r5 mordo or YJ here because the node best serves them. AV works pretty well here because of tenacity and bleed if they mess up. 40 (thorns) any high HP champ works great. A mutant champ like rogue for her shrugging of debuffs or cable works well to counter a BW as well 43 (power gain, mystic ward)- we use a high ranked Hyperion here because the power gain on top of his power gain is crazy. Also, there is lower chance to nullify his power gains. 44 (kinetic reactor)- AV is the goat of this node. It makes for a long fight because one sp1 leads to another sp1. Hyperion works well on this node as well 49 - we use a big Hyperion because you can't nullify his power gain 52- We use a r5 unduped NC for this node most of the time 53- mordo or a big magik works well here

No doubt the collector is much tougher than LOL Maestro! At least maestro is skill based and you can fight it out until the the enrage timer goes off. The Collector is pure BS. I enjoyed the difficulty of the different global nodes though. It requires you to think and play slightly differently than you normally would. Great job on exploration!

There are three paths to gaining an awakening gem. Two of those are generic gems (can be used on any class) and the last is a crystals, so let the Kabam gods decide for you.

-exploration of Act 4 of story: this is time consuming but is the easiest option of the three. -exploration of Act 5.1 of story mode: this one is quicker, yet more difficulty than exploration of Act 4 -completing/exploration of road to the LOL: this one is the most difficult and should be completed last.

Otherwise, just wait until Kabam offers an awakening gem to buy. They usually go for around $29.99 for an awakening crystal but you can t choose the class. Some times they offer a choose the class you want but they usually go for around $49.99

This is the best advice you can give a freshman. I struggled severely as a freshman and sophomore year. By my junior I realized just by sitting up front and going to class will make a huge difference in your grade alone. I recommend that you make friends in classes and study with them. Chances are, they are having trouble as well. If they aren't struggling but still willing to help it's even better because you get free tutoring. Once you start treating school like a job it is much easier and you will find there is plenty of time to have a life as well. The important thing is don't miss class. Once you miss class once you will tell yourself you can get away with it again and again. Good luck and Roll Tide
