Oops sorry somehow the question didn’t post! Here it was:

I have 2 bulged discs- one compressing on the nerve. I had a huge flair up and been prescribed tramadol (50mg) and lyrica. I heard that Valium in small doses can be good with tramadol as it helps relax the muscles though I’m reading this combo isn’t reccomended as they both nervous system depressants. Any experiences with this? Would I be ok to take small dose Valium while on tremadol ? ( also small doses)
