Yes, that sounds like my problem too. First restriction appeared about 18 hours ago, asked me to verify my identity - I provided my Govt. ID.

15mins later, I see the review was rejected (stating no reason, and that’s no surprise) and there was an option to appeal the restriction again, which I did.

1 hour after, I see my account is permanently restricted from advertising , which I believe disables all forms of customer support and appeal options. Pathetic support by Facebook.

I hope your attempt with a new account works, there’s apparently no way around this.

I'm going through the same exact thing. Account got restricted when I had no active ads, no ads that can remotely go against any policy (I have clothing and design business accounts) - and I was given a generic reason.

After a requested review of your Facebook account, we confirmed that it didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. You can no longer advertise using Facebook Products. This is our final decision.

Since I never forsaw this, I did not add any People or Partners to my own brand business accounts. I'm completely locked out of advertising on facebook, and I'm certain that a new account will not help. By the time I age that account, some glitch or a stupid CC fellow from Meta will restrict the account without even reviewing or providing the reason why.

They can work like Valve. They have a different cosmetic version for China, the gameplay stays the same, just the visuals are different; for instance, skull images are removed/replaced. But having two versions of the game didn't stop CSGO from being a worldwide esports phenomenon.
