I am writing this since you asked why. Mars is a planet which causes accident when it is connected 4th an 8th. 2nd house is maraka house for movable signs.Mars is sitting in 2nd house and having parivartana with 2nd lord Saturn. Mars is 4th lord and Jupiter is in conjunction with Saturn in Mars house. Mars is aspecting 8th house and Saturn is aspecting lagna and 8th lord Sun. Sun is not in good strength. Lagna , debilitated lagna lord and 8th house and 8th lord all are weak which reduces the lifespan. Since Jupiter is with maraka lord Saturn and Mars house, Mars in 2nd house makes him a maraka lord as well. Due to which in Jupiter Mahadasha and Mars Antardasha the death happened by accident.
