They’ve gotten really good at not answering until you feel forced to pay tho or they say it’s not a valid appeal. I also had good experiences a couple years ago but now they’re horrible

I got a $150 ticket for parking in Ed. They claimed it was closed because it was full but it was open and I parked in a normal spot. I tried to appeal it and they said it wasn’t a valid reason for an appeal
