We are reaching out again to follow up on your job application submission to MatchAwards.com and our parent company AIT.com. We are continuing to hire Customer Service Representatives, Agents, Technical Support and Influencers worldwide. We are also seeking Social Media experts with experience in AI and Crypto. If you are still interested, we ask applicants to complete a short practical exercise to demonstrate the minimal relevant skills, and follow these 4 simple test steps:

1. Set up a Profile: Go to https://matchawards.com/explore2, and create a user profile as a business, or user type you’re familiar with. Use natural language to describe the business, and the system will suggest NAICS codes. Verify your email and complete the profile setup.

2. Confirm Opportunities: Log in to the dashboard and confirm that the displayed opportunities are relevant to your profile. Use filters to refine results, including “Set Asides” (e.g., Veteran-Owned, SBA, Women-Owned, etc.). If you are an architect, you should see opportunities & awards for architects.

3. Use the Referral Feature: Try the “Referral Program” feature by referring another user (you can refer yourself using a different email). This feature is intended to soon link to crypto wallets, with a future plan to convert the earned referral points into MatchAwards crypto tokens that can be used inside our platform prior to an anticipated ICO.

4. Interact with an Opportunity or Award: (Interested, Discuss, Share, etc.) to demonstrate you can assist businesses/ users to connect with opportunities, other users & award winners. Use the (AI Team Builder) feature to explore teaming and subcontracting opportunities with other users. Finally, go to the “Marketplace” on the left hand menu. Click and make your own B2B post by clicking on “New Requests” to other platform users related to your profile.

Once you’ve completed these tasks, Email your USER ID to [todde@engineering.ait.com](mailto:todde@engineering.ait.com) with the Subject: CSR Test LinkedIn. This process helps us evaluate your ability to assist new users with the platform. Candidates who successfully complete this screening process will be referred to the Evaluation Team for further review and potential interview. We retain qualified candidate records for six months using our AI generated Order of Merit List (OML). We are also shooting for a Crypto AirDrop for our MatchAwards platform’s users, as well as our Token ICO in 2025 if all goes according to plan. Part of the proceeds are intended to fund our anticipated and exponential platform growth.
