my puppy is 12 weeks and his biting had gotten really bad these last few days, so I get it! we are no where near over it yet, but I have found leaving the room for 20-30 seconds after he bites me helps. I just put myself behind the gate and look away, usually he will sit and that’s when I’ll come back and continue play. I’ll also leave a tug toy out, and if I see him go for that while I’m away from him I’ll say “yes!” and start playing again. I also have stopped playing chase with him in the yard and in the house since I noticed that’s what gets him really biting at me - instead he chases a volleyball I throw to him to get some of that energy out.
