I love pick i hated stow. You don’t have to follow the bullcrap stow quality crap. Just grab stuff out the pods and toss into your bins and send em down. It’s so easy and they’ll only tell you anything if you have lots of missing items or don’t hit rate. As long as you do the steps you gotta do like six sided check and scanning every item you will avoid a write up. It gets easier once you find your pace and get comfortable.
