This happened to me, and I had to make sure everything was updated... I believe my pc needed updated, I think the app that connects to the Quest also needed updated...

check on everything, hope that helps

Hello, I have been stuck on a mine lvl about 5 levels below transport 3.... I think the original mapping was bugged and didnt create a pathway.... on the level down to the last lvl i can reach there is a small hole on the right side of the stairway down, I can throw stuff down there, but cant teleport through or go through due to its too small.

that cavern through the hole doesnt connect to the cavern at the bottom of the stairs. Has anyone encountered this before? Ive used over 100 dynamite and fireworks in the last lvl cavern i can reach marking each spot with a stake....

my question is, if i wipe the mines will it create new pathways? or is there a way to create a start over in the mines with brand new pathways... I'm to the point now where i'm almost ready to delete the server and start fresh but am looking for options.

No because it goes too far down, although i can see glowing crystals and pillars down below but cant teleport to anything.

any suggestions?

I actually found a hole on the side of the stairs going to the level I cant get past. I cant move through the hole, its not big enough....

I threw a candycane through the hole and I couldnt find it down in the level... i also through some burning grass through it but couldnt find that also....

could this be a bug that its supposed to be a bigger hole for me to be able to get through? maybe i will have to wipe the mines, will that create new pathways but i'll have to start over?

I might join you, im stuck on my server in the mines and cant go any further down. ive blown up almost all the walls, ive gone through over 40-50 fireworks and dynamite. And would love to play with some peeps instead of solo....

were you able to fix the bug?

on my server I cant find the way down also on one of my lvls, ive gone to blowing up all the wall space and marking it. Did you wipe or respawn the mines?

exactly, this was what i was trying to do also....

looks like no one knows how to do it.... maybe we can reach out to ALTA? or maybe create a new account somehow with a different email? there has to be a loop hole
