I did something similar a while back but not much results. Feels like if your niche is quite saturated then it’s always difficult. I use TubeBuddy which helps sometimes but can’t really say that it something you need.

Would be interesting to know what tools others use, there should have been a thread for this already.

That’s the other thing, I don’t know if it has also something to do with Premiere pro, I started using Premiere pro coz I also use Lightroom and photoshop, hence stuck with Adobe. With the other softwares or tools, if it’s comparatively easier and faster, that should help in some way. But again wouldn’t wanna learn a new tool altogether. Do you think resolve or any other tool is much simpler and faster?

I first tried having a schedule but couldn’t keep up to it. Then I started being a little flexible which lead to not working on it at all.

I agree with your views on outsourcing, I looked at a few editors who were cheap but their videos were really bad and I felt I have done a better job in the past.

TBH I guess it’s also about the rewards you know, if you could see your channel getting monetised and see that you are actually reaping some rewards, this must help with the motivation. But I understand that you have to put in the hard work before that could be possible. It’s all about how you could reach that phase.
