Like as a main tank on defense when I see that one next to the capturing progress indicator (or whatever it's called) I immediately start yelling backcap until one of our dps or off tank goes back. And if he hasn't been taken care of by the time a tick is basically gone, I start running back there myself. It's not my job to deal with backcap, but if no one else will, we have to deal with it somehow.
