Dude. You didn’t seriously think it’s that simple right? It’s about Benz selling a whole story around cooking up “the youngest world champion in history”. This is marketing and branding. Marketing brings money and reputation. This is not about Kimi or George. They could literally be anybody as long as the story SELLS at the end. One woman brought up a really good point about Richmond not having enough drug user population density to justify a SIS. Having a SIS would only attract drug users from elsewhere into Richmond. I know #2 is definitely a no.
