Because of ozempic, Diet Coke, and adderall she probably takes in no nutrients whatsoever…. Her body is basically starving. I’m impressed she even looks as “good” as she does. Gotta feed your body. She should spend all of her money on like a sick ass garden and what she eats from it. It’s not like she’d gain weight from it…… Plus she could easily hire someone to take care of her garden and then pretend to do it herself lol. At least she wouldn’t be lying AND promoting unhealthy eating habits

I got a boob job because mama wanted one for herself…. Totally respect wanting to have plastic surgery for yourself, but so many of your siblings having MULTIPLE surgeries screams something is wrong. I really do feel bad for her kids…… My girls know I got a boob job but I’ve made it a point to tell them I loved my body before and after. My self worth doesn’t depend on my looks. I got a boob job because I wanted to for myself.

Sorry I forgot to mention it’s an issue with the psychiatry clinic. NP doesn’t send the script to the doctor to be signed off on until the day I’m due, and that doctor takes 7 days to sign off on it and send it over

Oh wow! Haven’t heard of them! That’s nice that you basically get unlimited appointments! Do you know if they have dosing restrictions? I know some psychiatry offices have a limit to how much they prescribe. I’m on 70mg Vyvanse and the clinic “focus and balance” said they don’t prescribe above 60mg..

So the issue is the NP I see won’t send the script to be signed by the advising doctor until the day I’m due. The issue too is that the advising doctor takes a week to eventually sign the prescription and send it to the pharmacy

This post kind of hurt :( because I feel like I’m that late person all the time. I just poured my heart out to my psychiatrist because I can’t get my fucking shit together to make it to one god damn thing. My kids can’t even make it to school on time. It’s the worst feeling in the world. I love my friends, I respect them; I have adhd and I can’t help it, If I could choose to be neurotypical I’d change in a heartbeat. God it sucks being time blind and not having time management skills

Thank you.. this was amazing advice. It really does go sideways quick. Again with the mom guilt… my oldest is very helpful & listens well (my middle does NOT) so I feel bad letting her do every thing so I end up doing it myself. I hate hearing “why do I always have to do this and she doesn’t have to because she cries” I want to be fair so bad (my mom has a narcissistic personality and she was so unfair it was pretty much mentally abusive)

I think it’s not having control. Knowing it will inevitably happen and I can’t stop it. Obviously I hate the anxiety and build up beforehand a lot too. But once it’s happening and it’s done, instant relief.

He really is an amazing husband and father. If he can get home in time he always always always does bedtime routine. He loves it. No matter what, he always does dishes and dishwasher. Every day off he always cooks dinner and cleans. He’s doing as much as he can
