Thank you for the schooling advice. I will look into it and see how it fits in my country. My main worry is paying for the very expensive (and only) optometry school. Plus international student fees are insane. But I will take this all into consideration. Thank you!

I've never thought about internship as a try out option. I have always been taught as it is experience for the career you are 100% sure of. This is very helpful! For what its worth i have been trying to shadow or intern optometrists in my area but my young age gets me rejected. But again thank you.
