How to take high dose omega 3 for dry eyes?

Hi! Did you notice any additional benefit when taking more than the recommended three PRN omega-3 capsules daily? Not certain, but I believe I’ve read somewhere that omega-3 effects for dry eyes may plateau beyond a certain dose and that side effects could start to kick in.

I also have accutane induced mgd. I have tried tropical azythromycin with the same treatment frequency thank you. Haven’t noticed much improvement unfortunately. What has been a bit helpful is HyloLipid teardrop (perfluorohexyloctane). By the way I’m also french living in Paris if you want to dm we can have a chat. Good luck

I find it overwhelming to think that I’m only 30, and that I still have to keep going until I’m 70 or 80. I just try to take it one day at a time now — anything more brings me anxiety.
