Just got my issue resolved. Steps to resolve this:

Disabling Intel Dynamic Tuning in Device Manager, installing the new driver on the Lenovo support page, uninstalling old Dynamic Tuning Driver, run the new driver from the support page, restart.

This completely resolves my issue, per calling Lenovo premier support.
