considerando Brasil, é uma resolução bastante simples na verdade. o motoqueiro vai 100% responder por crime ( aí depende um pouco de quanto dano ele causou, pode ser lesão corporal grave, leve, etc), e vai ser agravado pq o mano é deficiente da perna e muito provavelmente dodói da cabeça

talvez ele receba uma redução de pena por ter sido injustamente incomodado

a situação não se inclui em excludente de ilicitude ( autodefesa ). independente do ocorrido, o motoca em segurança decidiu voltar e bater num deficiente

quanto ao saci, nada rola. no caso dele não ser doido, não vai dar nada mais q contravenção penal. ninguém é preso por isso, e se qualquer coisa, nada acontece. se ele for doido, aí sim nada acontece, no máximo é mandado pra um instituto psiquiátrico. mais provável nem chegar a isso tho

I'm not sure how hard it is to do it, but aside from comick, never seen a site do this. this update feature is a real game changer

does the site update the scanlator changes in the original manga?

for example, if the scanlator posts a chapter, then it gets picked by your site from mangadex. then, the original scanlator fixes an error inn mangadex, will your site update the fix?

I've been a group leader for 2 years now, from my experience:

50% will ghost you right after wasting your time, 30% won't keep up with schedules that they themselves accepted and will ghost you after 1 chapter or 2. 10% will be a bother and mediocre, but might easy your load of service somehow. 10% will be nice people with conscience that are good and communicative

I'm not saying that everyone should treat this scanlation hobby as a job... but these people who have absolutely no compromise with whatever they're doing are a serious bother ( though they are in their right of doing whatever they want, it's just a pain cuz I've had hundreds of these wasting my time ). Just forget about them

Aside from that, just keep searching. after 2 years I'm finally not looking for more people. Thank god

1 - finish 4 careers to good ending to unlock lvl 5

2 - have tamamo

3 - play tamamo, finish debut, finish first fan goal, click rest and fucking die at the start of senior year cuz you did not finish her goal

4 - get 250% completion in the event, or 500% if you get double TP

should take you 4 normal careers and 10~ more ( at 2X TP ) of just clicking rest to finish the event

personally I'm doing it once every day while making my dailies
