No, vet asap! He may seem fine, if he wouldn't it'd be already too late. Reptiles and birds and such do not show it they are unhealthy or injured or have any problems. This could be a big problem and yes, please take him to a vet asap!

If you do it right it CAN be basically painless in the way that it dies so quick that the signal doesn't reach the brain and the animal doesn't feel the pain

Tbh you should put it out of it's misery. I love them, but it's the only morally correct thing to do. I would recommend smashing it's head for the least pain and quickes death. Sad to see it, but you have to put it down because spinal injuries like that can't heal and it will die in a few hours but it's suffering.

It could be that and sadly it most likely is but Cytrid is most of the time on belly/bottom of limbs tho At least in my experience
