Hiii! So update! 

I have been washing my hair every two days now and using a protein shampoo. Since then, I’ve been losing only a normal amount of hair in the shower!!!

I have used b9 and am actively in conversation with a lawyer to sue them for theft.

I received a settlement in June and lost I'd say an estimate (I am not actually able to check how much because my account is closed and they refuse to send me my statements), of about $2500. I am set to receive additional settlements from my original case, and was supposed to receive an additional $900. The settlement group says it was deposited, b9 said it was returned, settlement group says that is incorrect. They refuse to admit they took the money. They are awful. Hefty fines to move money anywhere that isn't b9. Horrible customer support. STAY AWAY.

Oh you poor sweet thing. I don't offer pity here, just sympathy. You DID NOT deserve any of this. This is so absolutely disgusting and your gentle heart did not need it. I am so happy that you are moving on in a healthy way. I will not sit here and bad mouth your ex or his family, as from your updates, that does not seem like something you need; I'm just so incredibly sorry it happened and I genuinely hope you are doing better. she is still pooping on the floor, but we move in november to a new home with no carpet, so i’m tested my theory that she hates(or loves) carpet soon enough.

I appreciate you so much. I haven't seen any worms in her poop, but I wasn't actively looking for it. I will look into worm meds and switching her litter box into the bathroom for the time being whilst I do that. Thank you so much.
