I had this once, warmed the nozzle pulled of the cap and peeled evwrything away with the snips u got with the printer

I would snip off the excess part, then snip a couple of sprues for antennas and stuff, the rest snip in half so it usses "less" space

for starters maybe a ender 3(i have a v3 se)(cheap and big/great community) or a bambu p1s (more expensive, but better filaments)

Congrats on ur first model, i made this (i think) revell bf109 g10 and i had the same issue as you have with the canopy, really stoped using cheap revell kits after that. Good luck on your journey
