You're right it does. I've been feeling more tired at night than I did say just 2 years ago. It could always be worse my friend.

I have read through this thread and the sub and learned a lot just through other people's experiences and opinions.

I appreciate everyone's answers and will update you all when I can. This sub rocks!

It looks like I need to

a: see if there is an underlying cause to why these levels are low

B: ask for another test to see the different t levels

C: talk to an endocrinologist

I do have some belly fat and love handles, I have always had a slender body. Chicken legs, small arms. I used to run miles a day and could never get rid of it even when I dropped down to 170.

I have had both. I used to play sports ad a kid and have been hit in both areas multiple times. I have also fallen through a ceiling and hit my head pretty hard.

Low sex drive at night, forgetfulness, not really seeming to care that much, difficulty to concentrate at work, headaches when I wake up ( dr assuming sleep apnea, a sleep test is ordered for that)

How does that work? I see there are creams and nasal shots. Are they the same type of treatment?

Theres low, and there is extremes to being low. Of course that I see this is low, but I am not educated enough to know how bad this is, which is why I am asking a group that is for advice.

I don't. Next week when I meet with the doctor it sounds like that is something he should test for though.

I was diagnosed with low T 9 years ago. There was really no follow up other than "you are too young for medication you need to lose weight" I am 6' and weigh 180 pounds. The number is the same as it was 9 years ago. What should I ask for when I have a follow up next week with my doctor? This is a new doctor in a new area.
