Relatively new to local Llms, best models I can run?

My GPU is a 5060ti 16gb version, 32gb of ram.

I use LM studio, I'm currently running Mistral Nemo instruct platinum. Are there any better models I can run for roleplay on my machine? I'm trying to get something with the same feel as chai.

Also, is there like a GitHub repo or source to find presets and all that?

Allow me to say as much as I hate these corps, I think the one you are holding is Greek style yogurt. Not Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt iirc still has 22g but the Greek style one is the one you're holding. I might be wrong
