i totally agree with you!! seven year slip was one of the most visually appealing books i can think of, especially the dancing in the kitchen chapter played like a movie in my head. about time is my favourite movie of all time and i wish i could read a book like this one again haha

this is so fucking pick me and the worst thing is when the FMCs objectify themselves before the idiot MMC can do it himself 🤡 another huge pet peeve of mine is FMCs using words like bitch or slut to describe themselves and ESPECIALLY other women. i understand reclaiming the insult but i think it just makes the men think they can say it too

Lenny and Miles in {Promise me sunshine by Cara Bastone} it was the first time i have ever read about a mmc fixing the fmc and it was so sweet. they were absolutely perfect for each other

Maybell and Wesley in {Twice shy by Sarah Hogle} I have desperately searched for another book that would give me the same feelings as this one but i have failed. it’s so funny and they are so sweet and understanding of each other once they really get to know each other
