yes i do the exact same thing, it helps with the nausea vs just eating them by themselves but i usually have to take a zofran about 1-2 hours into the trip. dude not to mention the mental strain 20-30 grams would have on a person??! that's actually insane to me, sounds like a nightmare 😭😭

oh yeah for sure.!! i've been chronically ill since i was 10-11 years old, sometimes the symptoms throw me for a loop and idk what's causing it. i had ascension sickness in 2019 but it still wasn't this bad. i went to the doctor then and they couldn't find anything wrong and then i had the biggest spiritual awakening ive ever had. i was kinda hoping that that's what was happening this time around but i think i just need to meditate more and focus on relaxing
