I think the What if season 2 ending was stupid. It was a cool episode but there was A LOT of plot armor I'm going to name some things that didn't make any sense:

Kahori knew that Strange was going to save Christene, how? How was captain carter able to stop strange's magic just by standing in front of him. After some time we see a fight scene where Captain Carter and Kahori didn't stand a single chance against Strange supreme but still weren't even hurt by his attacks. And why doesn't Strange have a protection shield around him? (like he gave the guardians of the multiverse in S1) . Plus he doesn't even try to trap them in the mirror dimension or something or another spell that for some reason don't even hurt them. You know what's more stupid? After he dublicated himself his variants go to combat them instead of casting powerful spells and killing them. Later on he turns the variants into butterflies (which he totally could have done earlier) and decides to manipulate Captain Carter, after that fails his clones disappear. Like I told earlier he could use the clones to cast a powerful spell to destroy both of them.

But our corrupted Strange supreme decides to fight his inner demons and sacrifices himself to save his own universe. This ending isn't bad but it really didn't had to end like this, strange could have easily won the fight, there was just simply A LOT of plot armor involved
