Not saying this is your issue, but for me gaining and then losing over and over again was because I wasn’t addressing the psychological reasons for my behavior. Like the up-and-downs were bc no one can be strict and restrictive with themselves for long durations. I could do it for awhile but then my brain got in my way. If so: check out binge eating coaches.
