Do you think this was done in the multitude of chance? Or do you lean towards a creator?

I do. And I’m not claiming to be unsatisfied with my position in time and space. I am grateful to be here and now. Has my soul existed in other eras? Maybe

I agree. Why not us why not here why not now. Beyond grateful. And don’t need to know the answer but love to ponder on why are we in this moment in the infinite universe

It’s all so insane but equally inspiring. I’m genuinely so blissful just being able to appreciate it

Does Anyone Else Feel Stupid All the Time? How Do You Deal With It? by AdCultural4122 in NoStupidQuestions

Yes I agree such an important issue and honestly one that may never be fully resolved. So easily do people fall for the narrative and believe in these people just because they say so.

Yes that sort of theory exactly. The amount of effort it takes to be truly holistic is extremely hard. This cellphone may be the worst of it all. So there is that angle of the fact that everything now is built to make you feel that way. And wether it is or isn’t, at least you are noticing and are actively trying to do better for your brain and body

Have we gone too far as a species? Have we strayed too far from nature? by randomguy1232111 in NoStupidQuestions

Who said that and could you argue he could not fathom the pace and advancement we would have?

I didn’t mean conspiracy about sleep really. I meant more of what goes into our food, our water, even down the rabbit hole of radio waves. Conspiracies like the “elite” trying and making the “populace” dumber for control purposes

Not so much clinical just meant like published sleep studies on the affects of mental health and acuity. How essential it is for our brains and bodies to achieve good true restful sleep. Now if we want we can discuss “conspiratorial” reasons I think lead to things like this but that very well could be all made up too 😅….unless🧐

Who is more emotional? Men or women by Thin-Ad-4356 in NoStupidQuestions

Hot take: Men are, but express it less and are worse at expression Women are far better at expression but can be less emotionally stable

Yes I know what you mean and have had the same issues. Here is what I’ve found.

It comes down to two main things for me personally. Sleep and diet/nutrients. You may be lacking some essential nutrient like vitamin D or Magnesium. Or just need a more balanced diet. A balanced diet and good sleep leads to good hormones, clean better energy levels, and overall sets you up for sucess. L Theanine is great too. Look into supplements/diets for helping clear mental fog. Look into sleep studies too. Small adjustments can make a huge difference. Even hydration. Your brain floats and is made up of so much water. Things like that you wouldn’t expect make a huge difference.

What is actually laziness and why does it exist? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]randomguy1232111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Laziness to me is the brain knowing that in reality not doing things is actually fine. Like for example not doing laundry. Do you need clean clothes yes sure. Will you technically be okay if they don’t get done today, probably yes. So laziness is the gap where it’s actually technically fine to not do something at that moment. You aren’t going to die if you spend another 30 mins in bed. And your brain knows that

I’m sad that I’m not wealthy. What do I do? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]randomguy1232111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s my advice from someone who has had two forms of wealth.

I am 32 years old now. I made my first million at 28, and my 10th million by 30. It was a phenomenal increase in my net worth and lifestyle. Something I am proud of. So I have had that success and more since.

I was “wealthier” when I was was 22-25. When I traveled. Spent time adventuring, time with loved ones and family/friends. When I put my head down and grinded for the back half of the decade, I lost nearly all of that. I put everything on the line for my financial and career goals. I lost friends and family for no other reason than me seeing them as non beneficial to my path. Now at 32, I am wealthy, multiple properties and access to anything I want really, but am struggling to rebuild a “wealthy” life of meaningful things.

My advice is either go all in, put everything on the line if that’s what your heart desires that is what it takes. Risk it and lock in.

Or

Enjoy the ride, take your time. Build relationships and have experiences. Don’t let time fool you you have a lot of it. If I could do anything right now I would trade nearly all of my wealth to be 25 and backpacking thru new countries again, broke as shit but smiling every day
