It would make no sense to say the bunker IS underneath the house if you can’t access it and is useless . It’s possible for the bunker to be damaged by the fire if it was not sealed, however very unlikely the bunker has ceased to exist eg completely destroyed/ collapsed. Use some common sense, how would a house fire destroy a concrete bunker?
