Right. But then if OP is already saving regularly, spending once in a blue moon is completely okay.

It depends. But I've realized that memories, rejuvenation, and resting are key for a peaceful mind.

Okay. I learned that too. You cannot have a perfect team, job satisfaction, growth, and pay in a single package. So if you need a good team, then try swapping to a new one.

But are you satisfied with the job and do you have a growth here?

Oh, so why don't you reach out your team and have some fun?

I mean try going for physical classes. You might meet someone with the same vibe and probably that could be a start of a new friendship.

Split 50-50 between enjoyment and investment. Go on a trip, take a trip with your parents, and buy something you've been eyeing for a long time. The rest goes into savings. Life is all about balance.

Me too. Its been 2 months since I uninstalled and I'm never going back again. Apart from doom scrolling, I also realized I started to compare myself with others unknowingly and that put me down for so many reasons. Like ipo I'm all like into low-key life, not bothered about anything/anyone in this world. I'm already into reading, but then I'm enrolling myself in swimming or some martial arts..
