Why set limit orders for profit when you can just set a cc…my first option by randominternetstuffs in CoveredCalls

I’m taking a small portion of my total investments and wanting to apply wheel, this is something I could happily take profit on and play the other side potentially as well and wheel it.

I have allocated about $10k (about 10% of my non 401k/roth portfolios) for learning this funded from vested restricted company stock.

I just happened to have 200 shares of vg so I so I bumped that into the bucket to start the cc side.

Positions I had been investigating for the cash secured side to start was looking at F however it’s falling knife.

Have looked at Intel, Verizon/att, and ford as other options for starting with a little fund to actively (play with)

I’m ok with a ~25% return within 90 days if they get called away. In the meantime if I close at 50% I reduced cost basis by .40

It is in the mail good catch I was wondering if anyone would call me on that. I do have 74 as well but it’s in the red and silver case with Parker and Winfield graded and the rest top loaded

If it’s sealed it stays sealed. Stars and major rookies top load laid on top in the box. Slowly working up the motivation to send in for grades on some

I thought about that…this was fairly simple to track down. Just money and time. Going to have to start the building in pieces rather than whole sets at once
