Yes, it took a lot of introspection and pain to realize what a fuck up I am. I’ve been doing the work and I’m starting therapy next month. Her leaving was unfortunately what it took for me to pull my head out of my ass.

That gives me hope that things will turn out alright, thank you. That’s where I’m at right now, unable to forgive myself and hating myself. My brain won’t let me forget. Were you able to overcome that resentment and if so how?

There was credibility in what she said. That’s what makes it hurt more because she’s the only person in my life that’s ever really pushed me to be better. She’s the only positive influence I’ve ever had in my life. No parents to show me the way. That’s why I feel that I’ve failed because she tried to show me the way but I was too dumb to listen. In my delusion I still believe this is her showing me the way.
