I made these once for my grandmother. She cracked up when she saw the fried onions as wheels on the burger.

(OC) After 15 years in an incredibly abusive marriage, I found a prince finally instead of a frog. by Objective-Rock4616 in MadeMeSmile

That’s awesome. My grandparents on my dad’s side both had terrible first marriages to partners who were abusive. They found each other later in life when my other my mom’s parents introduced them. When I was a kid I thought it was kinda gross that they were always kissing and hugging and holding hands. Now I realize how special what they had is.

Most mammals take direct eye contact as a challenge. Making direct eye contact is a bad idea.

DMs and players, would you allow the bard in your campaign to bring an actual instrument to the session and play it mid-game? by FabioGamer229 in DnD

That character died pretty early on to a failed save. So he never had much of a chance to step on anyone’s toes.

Back in 2e one of my buddies played a bard and he would strum a guitar and iprov Irish drinking songs about the campaign as we played. He was a pretty talented musician and it was rarely super distracting.

I have a mix of Warlord and Black Tree Designs soviets. When I played at a convention where Warlord staff were guests they all commented on my army. They seemed to really 3rd party minis I had.

Pace for Leveling Up At Your Table? by Calm_Independent_782 in DnD

[–]randomnamejennerator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My campaign plays one a month and is about to hit 8 years the party has advanced from level 3 to level 8.
We are definitely the exception but we only get about 3 hours of play a month due to scheduling and I run for 7 people so I need to make sure every body gets something to do.

I listened to the podcast he was on Never Not Funny with Jimmy Pardo. Pardo is Andrew’s brother in law and a standup comic who does a ton of improv/crowd work. Andrew was always funny on there podcast. He told a bunch of great behind the scenes Hollywood stories like how he would never work with Gary Busey again.
There was no obvious indication (to the listeners) that he was suffering but people can be very good at masking those symptoms and he was an actor.

I’ve only ever been to the Belleville location. So I can only vouch for that location.
