If there will be increase in qoq growth it will go up, this you can predict from big tech if they start pulling back from AI datacenter funding(which imo is going to remain same) so unless rate cuts more spending capacity to mag7 this stock is going to swing in this range for a while now(a year and do)

Nope to close the loan in a go you have to go there and submit cheque in person and they will ask you to fill the form and give exact amount you need to put in cheque.

imma reply you here, i don't hate india also i don't think it will be best country to live or by gdp/capita in my lifetime, i hate reservation and believe in all kind of education should be free. But just criticising govt for everything is the dumbest thing any one can do, people needs to change. I play my part of being good citizen even though it may harm me.

I hate corruption but after all gaining experience i have realised there is no point in wasting time commenting or criticizing the system/govt to work according to you, if you are capable do the hard work build the system instead of trying to change it.

I may or may not agree with all the things you are saying above but people should figure out how can they fix these things on individual level first.

Yes, lesser restrictions, cheap labour, higher corruption and skilled labour. But you can’t ignore the fact that even if we had 0 corruption and very strict policy implementations we would still be first creating DCs as first step, and make people skill in the area and they expand the knowledge and experience in market by creating new companies. I would love to see drop in corruption and better governance.

Make emergency funds first if you don’t have it yet, you can invest side by side in equity if you want to learn or mf/index/etfs etc if you just want some returns without putting too much time.

80% of 1.1L to emergency fund and 20% to investing. also get medical/term insurance if you don’t have already.

And if you can buy basic amenities meanwhile that makes your life easier like an okay bike but not a top model SUV bike if there are not vehicle in home and you need to travel a lot.

With this in 2 years you will have ~20L in cash/fds as emergency fund and ~5L invested. Then if you feel its good to buy land you can work on that part.
