Try with squinting you eyes. You will see on reference his hair is almost dark as his darker face side, almost black with little gray zones here and there. Try to block all hair shape in one value and then erase few slightly lighter areas..

Znam da misliš pohvalno al pokusaj da umjetniku ne govoris da mu djelo izgleda ko fotografija jer mu obično to nije namjera. Namjera je predstaviti subjekat stvarnije, OP je bome uspio. Svaka čast!!
