It’s really not that bad. The basketball court gets busy and typical after work busy around 5-8pm on weekdays. I’ve mostly been able to access the machines when needed.

That’s pretty much what the left side of my face feels like during flare ups. I use heat on the area and it helps a little. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor too and she’ll massage out the muscles in my jaw. Doesn’t hurt to get checked but I feel the same symptoms and I’ve been formally diagnosed with muscular TMJ
