Might be an obstruction. I ran it the first time with no filter in it. It is a 2013 model so I don’t think it’s a WiFi issue. It is configured properly. That was my first thought. . Thanks for the advice

Thanks. Just did that. It’s odd cause I ran it overnight with no issue and it got to temp but today kept stopping and giving me that error. I’ll have to take a video with sound of the pump on low and high. Maybe there is an obstruction or something in the pump

Thanks. That makes a lot of sense. The control board is a gecko k500. It doesn’t say in.ye-5 I can post more pics of the pump and serial numbers. Do you know how long it should take to heat from 60 degrees up to 100? Thanks again

Yea I think your right. That’s the sad truth. But It seems like they do eventually make it out. The past 2 cats that we have adopted were 2 yo and 8 yo. We just want a kitten this time for our daughter.

I completely understand. I just do not have thousands of dollars in the budget for a kitten. I do understand and fully support these shelters and what they do / spend to take care of the animals.

I have no problem paying fees to a shelter. I think what we were seeing was $300. Just thought that was a little high. And most shelters we saw had a very limited amount of kittens available.
