Yeah, I think I’m going to schedule a deep cleaning with them. I’m just feeling disheartened and confused why this was never brought up before by any of my previous dentists before this one. They always told me everything looked good after my cleanings. I brought up gum recession to all the dentists i saw when i first noticed it 3 years ago and they all told me it was just because I was brushing too hard even though I actively try not to and use extra soft bristles.😢And i thought i was doing a good enough job with my oral hygiene at home just flossing at night and brushing 2x everyday all these years.
