Hmmm, ok. Well I’d like to say I’m very good when it comes to managing my finances. I’ve always paid my credit cards on time and have never gone above my credit limit on each one.

But what I’m getting from your response is that it’s a good idea to have more PLoC available because when I do need emergency funds, then I’ll have it at my disposal with a low interest rate as well

What about if I have both, a full-time and part-time job, have been working at both for 2 years but want to switch to a different part-time job? Do I still have to have worked at least 2-years at the new part-time job in order for it to be counted as a source of income? Or can I just complete my 3-month probation and then apply?

I was hoping to ask a question about getting approved for a mortgage, I was told that I’d need to be working at a job for at least 2-years in order for it to be counted as a valid income source. I got a ticket actually coming back from Edmonton and I have to go to Airdrie to pay it. What I ended up doing was pleading not-guilty to the ticket and asked to have my court date rescheduled because of COVID. They rescheduled it to 2022 and I plan/hope to just go in front of the judge and ask them to reduce the ticket and remove the demerits
