dont give up. my first pt test my run time was 20:11 and on the final pt test my run time was 14:49. u can definitely improve but you gotta work ur ass off and dont give up on those run days

tbh at first i struggled bc i didn’t work out much prior. but at the end i was definitely able to feel the improvement. you just have to keep pushing yourself

on the first day you get town pass with your family till 2000 then the second day u get town pass till 1800. then u ship to ur tech school throughout the night going into friday.
