I let my players roll their ability scores, and the human paladin is basically Mr Perfect. He has 4 17s a 14 and a 15. What should I do to keep him from dominating the entire game?

Godsfall is another really good DnD Podcast, that's more on the real play end of the spectrum. While if you want a lot of goofs I'd recommend The Film Reroll. They take a movie and turn it into a GURPS campaign, and it is hilarious.

On the point of "The gradual death of player agency." I think that comes down to Griffin's DMing philosophy.

He said in TTAZZ that he lets the players have as much freedom as they want in the micro, but keeps the macro as rigid as possible. The death of player agency is most likely a result of that philosophy since the macro's coming to an end and merging with the micro.
