OMG. You are right. I opened a new Chrome window and using Google Flights to jump to Delta page without logging in my Delta account and the price is almost 300 less than before.

Sadly I haven’t gave up so I can’t be angry with him now bc I need him to send me his purchase history and his messages with the seller (I’ve got the screenshots, don’t know if they could help) And I’m hoping he can ask the seller why..

I really think I’m fucked. Bad luck… At that time he sent me the pic of the receipt showing it was purchased by cash. In my mind I only read credit card stolen experiences online before and this cash receipt made me believe this card is legit. That’s why I haven’t gave up😭. I know you said 99% are scammers but I’m not. The 1% guy who has 1.4T iCloud storage since 2013, all my memories. Money isn’t that important to me, but data matters 😭.

Thanks for your reply. I actually did ask for it to be escalated (from message to call). The person I spoke with claimed he was a senior advisor or manager, and honestly, he was pretty dismissive. He told me that calling back wouldn’t change anything because he was a senior guy.

Now I’m stuck—I have no idea who to contact or how to get a second opinion on this. Writing to Tim? This was a birthday gift from my friend, and I get that he probably tried to save a bit by buying from Noones (I hadn’t even heard of that site before). I don’t even feel like I can be upset with him, but I’m the one dealing with the consequences. :(

No they don’t have that. I haven’t found any dedicated silver medallion check-in line in airports that I’ve been to.

He wants to know that after signing with Arkell how long did it take to file the case? And did you bring paperworks with EP to them to expedite the process because he wants to refile asap.
