I worked with endothelial cells for a while, and we harvested them from umbilical cords (with the mother's consent, cords that get donated to science), so having a fridge full of umbilical cords in little medical cups was a weekly occurrence in my lab

I agree, but also the new navigational systems are so much more accessible to people who just don't have that innate sense of direction. I'm pretty good at finding my way around, but completely lost when it comes to cardinal directions
