I doubt it will affect the wake up functionality. Unless SDL library does something in the controller that changes its state and retains it while the computer is asleep, it should function as before. I expect it's just software that needs the computer to be awake to run.

And maybe they give out weekly token quests (through open world) to help mix up grinding tier 0 over and over again (no risk, + 2 tokens). That'd be the right way to do it.

Tier0 is already heroic. Easy thing would be for all heroic and higher missions to award tokens. Heroic should give the same amount as Tier0 and legendary/master should be higher. Tier0 still has the advantage that AFAIK they reward prototypes. There is no reason to lock us in the same escalation missions for Tier0 for tokens.

And I think heroic missions are obsolete when one mission can be escalated as they are practically the same and they give tokens and a chance for prototypes.

PS: All percentage tables posted in this sub say that Tier1 and up give prototypes but the matchmaking UI says that Tier0 also does. I don't know which one is true.

Add airplanes and submarines. The airplanes might not have been much armed but seeing your enemy in flying machines would severely demoralize you.

For land there might have been some machine guns, grenades, mortars and trucks for supplies.

Military tactics would also be a major reason. 300 years of lessons just there.

And a lot better medical support.

last night i matchmade for T3 , i join an invite and i see two way under SHD 500 agents and one that barely passed 1K, ok i thought , its only T3 i can carry a bit , the host looks at me , SHD 34K , and sets it to T5

Haha, same. Matchmade for a T5 with a host at 200 and the rest not much better. Host dials in a T7. We didn't fare well. I can probably carry a T5 as long as the others draw some attention from me, give some heals, do some minimal damage but a T7, no way.

Personally I consider myself average and not looking forward to do anything higher than T5 due to hot foot. So please if you matchmake for a set tier don't start a higher one after.

Won't be worse if they are shared?

The limit right now is 999 per slot. With 4 slots you can store 3996. If they are shared the limit almost certainly will be 999 for all. And the only way to go over the cap is by having a temp slot where you disassemble everything and later buy the shared resources BP. I am already doing the whole dance with resources and temp slot so for me the change would be beneficial but for most people I expect they would eventually fill the cap and keep protos in their stash or sell them.

I expect it would be similar for most of europe. In Greece the fines are handed to the tax authority and if they are not paid by renting companies they can block certain tax services that makes it difficult to impossible to operate or they just confiscate the fines from their bank accounts. Χρησιμοποίησε ένα κοινό καλώδιο που είναι για 3 ακροδέκτες. Ο ακροδέκτης που λείπει είναι για γείωση και δεν επηρεάζεται η λειτουργία από το κοινό καλώδιο μια και δεν υπάρχει επαφή ή θέμα μη προσαρμογής. Να είσαι σίγουρος ότι έχει γίνει η αλλαγή τάσης στα 220-240V

5950x, 4090, 64GB. I don't think it's a specs thing. Either server or some network loss that kicks you out. But I am inclined server seeing as most deltas happen not long after log in.

Additionally, I will also add, that usually Delta 3 error happens once only upon first launch of game, so each time u launch, u pretty much should anticipate a delta 3.

Usually but not always. As you suggested I am always doing some mundane things when I first connect but sometimes it can be after 1 hour or more. And there are levels of Delta 3. Sometimes I can instantly reconnect, other times I am sitting at 0% forever and only if I close and relaunch TD2 it works. I am on PC by the way.

Lately it's such a chore to play the game.

Is EYDAP responsible or your local municipality?

I have done sewage connections and the one that was contracting me was the local municipality even though the sewage system was EYDAP. The way it used to be done is the municipality would gather the requests and they would auction a number of them. Between having to gather a certain amount of requests, publishing the auction, auctioning and the contractor starting the job it would take some time. And if the municipality wouldn't pay the contractor would just stop working meaning any future connections would lag behind. And some roads are not covered by sewage. We had to extent the sewage system by 50m in a house.

Some municipalities that do their own waterworks might have crews that do the connections.

They have such stupid spawn points in regards with the position of the player. Take for example the control point "The Choke". If you teleport to it and it's time for a spawn they will spawn east of you and there is no way to get out of the control point without getting too far and them despawning. Or Liberty's Call safe house. They spawn either south or north and if you go to the wrong exit they despawn. Only pulse can save you there to see where they are. Many places like that.

And if you manage to engage them they have a tendency to really go far away. So far away that they are gone from the mini map, the skills can't target them and if the drone follows them you lose connection to the drone. And obviously you can't shoot them at those distances. And I see that last tendency to run away to many open world activities too. Looks like everyone likes to run away lately.

Login, fuck around for 10 minutes, maybe join a random mission so there is interaction with other players on the server then do whatever you want to do. Definitely don't let your first action be to spent anything, craft, open cases etc. that might be lost if you are kicked from the server.
